Overview

The IntelliPrep cfDNA Extraction Kit (≤5mL) fully automates the steps of lyse, heat, bind, wash, and elute on the IntelliPrep TRIO 240 Sample Preparation System. The protocols are specially optimized for efficiently purified from from up to 5 mL of plasma which saving time and tedious manual steps. Note the yield depends on the sample volume and the concentration of circulating nucleic acids in the sample. Good linearity of cfDNA yields is achieved throughout the IntelliPrep cfDNA Extraction Kit (≤5mL) isolation and the cell-free DNA can be used immediately for downstream applications.
